The only methods of payment possible for all personalized products are advance payment and PayPal. Our products are produced only on request and in compliance with your wishes. Our bank details will be included in the order confirmation which will be sent to you via email after you have placed your order.

Shipping Costs

If you order products of different shipping classes, the highest shipping class will be used to calculate the shipping costs.

* The shipping costs of this shipping class will be calculated per product. The shipping takes place till the kerb of the first floor.

Shipping Time

We are keen to finish all orders on the day that we receive the transfer and pass them to the delivery service. The shipping time depends on the destination point and the particular delivery service and cannot be bindingly stated.
